These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 87pcom ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 87pcom website located at 87pcom.cam and all related services provided therein, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer products and any promotional features.

By registering an account, accessing the platform or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users accessing 87pcom, including visitors in Pakistan and internationally. Users based in Pakistan are solely responsible for determining whether participation in online gambling is permitted under applicable laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other federal or provincial regulations. 87pcom does not claim to be licensed, approved or regulated by any Pakistani government authority, the PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial body.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" — the registered user account created by you upon completing the 87pcom registration process.
• "Platform" — the 87pcom website, mobile interface and all associated services accessible at 87pcom.cam.
• "Services" — sports betting markets, casino games, live dealer products, virtual sports, instant games and any promotional features made available through the Platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — any real-money stake placed by a registered User on a market or game offered through the Platform.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, cashback or matched deposit offered to Users subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount must be bet through before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under standard due-diligence obligations.
• "Funds" — real-money balances held within your Account, either deposited by you or credited as winnings.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the reference currency used for account balances and transactions where applicable.
• "Prohibited User" — any individual who is under the minimum eligible age, a resident of a restricted jurisdiction, or otherwise ineligible to use the Platform under these Terms or applicable law.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on 87pcom, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or license jurisdiction applicable to you;
2. You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and as a private individual — not on behalf of a business or organisation;
3. You have not previously had an account terminated, suspended or closed by 87pcom for any reason relating to misconduct, fraud or violation of these Terms;
4. You are not a current employee, contractor or family member of an employee of 87pcom;
5. You are acting in your own name and will not allow any third party to use, access or operate your Account;
6. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

87pcom reserves the right to refuse registration or close any Account at any time if it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that eligibility conditions have not been met. Such decisions may be made without prior notice where fraud or misrepresentation is suspected.

Each User is permitted to hold one registered account only. Registering more than one account (whether directly or through third parties) constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your identification documents;
• Date of birth;
• Valid email address and, where required, mobile phone number;
• Residential address.

KYC Verification: Before a withdrawal request can be processed, and at any time we deem necessary, you will be required to complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This involves submitting valid identification documentation, proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide acceptable documentation within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions or closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation. 87pcom will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Deposits into your 87pcom account must be made using payment methods made available on the Platform at the time of transaction. Payment method references — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and cryptocurrency options (BTC/USDT) — are listed for user familiarity only. None of these providers endorse, sponsor or support 87pcom or any gambling activity.

• All funds deposited must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the Platform and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed within the account dashboard at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are credited to your account in PKR or the applicable account currency, subject to conversion rates where necessary.
• 87pcom does not accept funds that are proceeds of criminal activity. By depositing, you confirm that all funds are from legitimate sources.
• Processing times vary by payment method and provider — 87pcom is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted only by verified account holders who have satisfied all applicable KYC requirements. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever technically possible, to mitigate money-laundering risk.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the account withdrawal section.
• Processing times vary: standard requests are reviewed within the timeframe stated in the account dashboard; complex cases or those requiring additional verification may take longer.
• 87pcom reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly where the amount is substantial or where account activity has been flagged for review.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Users should review specific bonus terms carefully before accepting any offer.
• Any attempt to withdraw funds that are subject to an active wagering requirement will be declined until those requirements have been fully met.
• Where 87pcom suspects fraudulent activity, it reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation.

All bets and wagers placed through 87pcom are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market or game type. General betting conditions include the following:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement, subject to technical confirmation. In the event of a technical error in odds display, 87pcom reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds.
• Live / In-Play Betting: In-play bets on markets such as Pakistan cricket, PSL/T20, ICC tournaments, football and UFC are subject to real-time market rules. Bets may be suspended at any time during live events. Once accepted and confirmed, in-play bets are binding.
• Void Bets: A bet may be voided if the event is cancelled, abandoned or does not comply with the governing sport's required conditions for a result to stand.
• Maximum Winnings: 87pcom may impose maximum payout caps on any market or game category. Current caps are detailed within each market's specific rules.
• Casino Games: All casino game results are generated by certified random number generators (RNG). Game-specific rules, RTP rates and house edge values are available within each game's information panel.
• System / Accumulator Bets: Accumulator and parlay bets are subject to full settlement of all constituent selections. Partial void rules are applied in accordance with the Platform's accumulator policy.

References to Pakistan cricket, PSL, T20 and ICC tournaments throughout the Platform and in these Terms are for sporting context only. 87pcom has no official partnership, affiliation or endorsement arrangement with PCB, PSL, ICC or any participating team.

87pcom may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to the specific terms applicable to each offer:

• Promotions are available to eligible registered Users only and may be limited by geography, account status or deposit history.
• Each promotion carries its own wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be bet through before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in the relevant promotional terms.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account. Real-money funds are used first in all wagers unless otherwise specified.
• Multiple active bonuses cannot generally be combined unless explicitly stated.
• 87pcom reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, with notice provided where reasonably practicable.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to hedging bets, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — will result in cancellation of the bonus and may result in account closure.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 87pcom Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering an account when under the minimum eligible age;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Operating more than one account or allowing third parties to operate your account;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, financial fraud or any other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to manipulate odds, game outcomes or the Platform's software through technical exploitation, bots or automated systems;
• Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
• Abusing bonuses, promotions or referral programmes in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose;
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gambling controls, including self-exclusion mechanisms;
• Any conduct that is abusive, threatening or harassing toward Platform staff or other users.

All content published on the 87pcom Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, software, game content and promotional materials — is the proprietary property of 87pcom or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 87pcom.

The 87pcom name, logo and associated brand elements are trademarks of the Platform operator. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 87pcom, its officers, employees, affiliates and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.

This limitation of liability includes, without limitation, damages arising from:

• Errors, omissions or inaccuracies in Platform content;
• Interruptions, delays or failures in Platform availability;
• Unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to protect your credentials;
• Gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform;
• Actions or inactions of third-party payment providers;
• Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, regulatory actions or acts of government.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 87pcom makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose, uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

87pcom is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The following player protection tools are available to all registered Users through the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit;
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum net loss threshold for a given period;
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic logout after a set period of activity;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely block access to your account if you believe gambling is causing harm.

• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Receipt of a request from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required period;
• Account inactivity exceeding the period defined in the Platform's inactive account policy.

Where an account is closed due to confirmed Terms violation or fraudulent activity, 87pcom reserves the right to forfeit remaining balances. In all other cases, verified real-money balances (excluding bonus funds not satisfying wagering requirements) will be returned to you via the original deposit method subject to applicable checks.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team via Live Chat or the Help Centre. Voluntary closure requests will be processed once all pending bets are settled and any outstanding KYC requirements are met.

87pcom reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email notification or a prominent notice within the Platform before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were most recently revised. We encourage Users to review this page periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 87pcom operates, as determined by the applicable operator license. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice or a representation about the legal status of online gambling in any jurisdiction, including Pakistan.

Users in Pakistan are solely responsible for understanding and complying with applicable local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and relevant federal and provincial regulations. 87pcom does not represent that its services are lawfully available in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal support process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by law.
